Sheila A. Korte, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from William E. Korte, Ottawa. They were married Feb. 13, 2004 in Ottawa, and have two children.

Aug. 6

Christopher D. Frey, 32, Pandora, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for illegal assembly or possession for manufacture of drugs and possession of drugs. He was given credit for 63 days served and placed on three years community control. His license was suspended for six months and he must attend either an AA or NA group meeting.

Kelsey R. Bradley, 24, Ottawa, was sentenced to 30 days jail for burglary and theft over $1,000. She was given credit for one day served, placed on three years community control, must obtain a GED and employment and pay restitution of $1,072.02 to the victim and undergo Family Responsibility counseling.

Mark L. Leist, 66, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for felonious assault (attempt). He was given credit for 117 days served, placed on three years community control and must sign over the title of a Buick Park Avenue to Imm’s Towing.

Aug. 7

Gregory Newhouse, 32, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 10 days jail for felony non-support. He was given credit for two days served and placed on three years community control. He must obtain a GED and employment.

Paul J. Keasler, 38, Orient, was granted judicial release and sentenced to the WORTH Center. He was placed on 12 months community control and must pay restitution of $440 and $529.99. He was originally convicted of grand theft of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.

Christopher N. Kaminski, 30, Toledo, was sentenced to 40 days jail for theft of checks with credit for 15 days served. He was placed on three years community control and ordered to pay $2,715.34 restitution. He must maintain employment and obtain a valid operator’s license within one year.

Edward L. Ladd, Ottawa, and Constance J. Ladd, Lima, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married June 28, 2002 in Ottawa and have no children.

Eric E. Frost, Ottawa, and Cynthia S. Frost, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Ottawa and have no children.
