Michele L. Mayer, 39, Lima, was
sentenced to 30 months in prison for violating the terms of supervision.
The violations include taking items that did not belong to her on Jan.
18, 2014. She was given credit for 558 days served and the sentence is
to run concurrent to an Auglaize County case.
Kathryn A. Maas, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Steven C. Maas, Ottawa. They were married May 12, 1990 and have no children.
Ivory, 30, Lima, pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin. He faces up
to 18 months in prison, $5,000 in fines and six months to five years
license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence
investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11 a.m. Sept. 29. He
was originally charged with two counts trafficking.
R. Quiroga, 24, Deshler, was sentenced to 180 days jail for theft, a
misdemeanor, with 175 days suspended. He was given credit for two days
served and he was placed on one year probation.
National Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure judgment against
Frank A. Doud, Ottawa, and Patricia D. Doud, Ottawa, in the amount of
$109,952.97, plus interest and costs.
