Sandra Edinger, 52, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 10 days jail for theft. She must undergo a mental health assessment and pay $2,000 restitution to the Columbus Grove Band Boosters.
Brian O. Rippetoe, 34, Cloverdale, was found in violation of supervision by using marijuana in October 2013. He must complete the WORTH Center program, pay $190 to the MAN unit and his license was suspended for six months.
Shawn A. Heuerman, Cloverdale, and Candise E. Heuerman, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage.
Tara L. Page, Columbus Grove, and Brian M. Page, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Findlay on June 23, 2007, and have one child.
Ira T. Cooper, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Linda M. Cooper, Ocala, Fla. They were married in St. Petersburg, Fla. on March 19, 1993, and have no children.
Adam T. Hector, 26, Van Wert, was sentenced to 30 days jail for receiving stolen property. He was placed on three years community control, must undergo counseling, maintain employment, obtain a driver's license, and pay $60 restitution.
Andrew Rodriguez, 23, Ottawa, was granted judicial release and ordered to complete the WORTH Center program. He must obtain employment and have no contact with members of the "La Raza" gang. He was originally convicted of grand theft of a motor vehicle and burglary.
Randolph Kinder, 45, North Baltimore, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for attempted illegal manufacture of drugs. He was given credit for 155 days served.
Kevin Taggi, 46, Kalida, was sentenced to three days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included testing positive for alcohol on Nov. 15. He was placed on three years community control, must attend Pathways Counseling Center, pay $1,350 restitution, must not be in any liquor permit premises and his license was suspended for life.
Richard L. Snively, 55, Pandora, was sentenced to 180 days jail for violating a protection order and 180 days for menacing by stalking, to be served consecutive and consecutive to his other court case. He shall have no contact with victim or operate a motor vehicle for the remainder of his life.
Jarrod Holland, 25, Lima, was granted a reduction in sentence and released from prison on Dec. 7. He was convicted of failure to comply with order of peace officer (attempt).
