Christina R. Hemker, 28, Spencerville, pleaded guilty to burglary. She faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for Feb. 13 at 1:30 p.m. A charge of theft was dismissed.

Anthony J. Stapleton, 27, Napoleon, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (cocaine). He faces up to 12 months in prison, $2,500 in fines, and six month to five years’ license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for Feb. 13 at 2 p.m. Charges of possession of drugs (methamphetamines) and possession of drugs (marijuana) were dismissed.

Daniel J. Stauffer, 21, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (cocaine). He faces up to 12 months in prison, $2,500 in fines, and six months to five years’ license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for Feb. 13 at 2:30 p.m.

Jacob A. Stone, 27, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (cocaine). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines and six months to five years’ license suspension. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for Feb. 13 at 3 p.m. A charge of driving under suspension was dismissed.

Jenna L. Schnipke, Lima, and Brian J. Schnipke, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Sept. 26, 2009 in Miller City, and have no children.

Maegan J. Roof, Kenton, and Eric J. Roof, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married June 18, 2011 in Columbus Grove, and have no children.
