The following were indicted following Friday’s session of the Putnam County Grand Jury.
Joseph A. Klett, 37, Leipsic; breaking and entering.
Eugene Ivory, 30, Lima; two counts trafficking in drugs (heroin).
William J. Drew, 46, Leipsic; non support of dependents.
Mark E. Bird, 48, Continental; two counts breaking and entering and theft.
Mackenzie L. Basham, 20, Lima; burglary.
Dale C. Carpenter, 52, Ottawa; theft, forgery and uttering.
R. Wiechart, Ottoville, was granted a divorce from Kassandra L.
Wiechart, Wapakoneta. They were married July 8, 2006 in Ottoville, and
have no children.

Co., Columbus Grove, won a foreclosure judgment against Ralph E.
Anderson, Columbus Grove, and Patricia M. Anderson, Columbus Grove, in
the amount of $1,887,854.30, plus interest and costs.
R. Niese, Leipsic, and Roger E. Niese, Leipsic, were granted a
dissolution of marriage. They were married July 7, 2006 in Ottawa, and
have one child.
Frey, 32, Pandora, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession for
manufacture of drugs and possession of drugs. He faces up to 48 months
in prison and $12,500 in fines and one to 10 year license suspension.
Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with
sentencing set for 11 a.m. July 28.
N. Kaminski, 30, Toledo, pleaded guilty to theft of checks. He faces up
to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a
pre-sentence investigation is conducted.
