Leann M. Altman, 35, Leipsic, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included stealing $130 from Dino’s in Leipsic on Feb. 13, 2014 and testing positive for opiates on May 20, 2014. She was placed on three years community control, must obtain employment, pay restitution of $22,318.45 to First Federal Bank and not write any checks or use any credit cards.

July 1

Chandra J. Collier, Cloverdale, was granted a divorce from Rodney S. Collier, Vale, N.C. They were married Nov. 6, 1992, and have no minor children.

Green Tree Servicing, LLC, Tempe, Ariz., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Susan W. Walker, Leipsic, and David Walker, Leipsic, in the amount of $81,838, plus interest and costs.

The Huntington National Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Mary A. Horton, Ottawa, and Keith A. Horton, Ottawa, in the amount of $70,469.23, plus interest and costs.

July 2

Mark L. Leist, 65, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to attempted felonious assault. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing was scheduled for 9 a.m. July 29.

July 3

Brentt M. Richardson, 19, Continental, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He was given credit for 25 days served and must register as a Tier II sexual offender.

Rodney Hall, 48, 815 Eureka St., Lima, was sentenced to nine months in prison for failure to pay child support, with credit for three days served.
