Peggy S. Menke, 48, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for March 28 at 3:15 p.m.

March 1

Nicole L. Stewart, 36, Bryan, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for March 16 at 11:30 a.m. She was originally charged with trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine) with specification, two counts possession of drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drugs (marijuana).

March 8

Jacob A. Stone, 37, Cloverdale, was sentenced to complete the WORTH Center program for possession of drugs (cocaine.) He was placed on three years’ community control, and ordered to have only one medical provider and one pharmacy. He was given credit for 22 days served. A charge of driving under suspension was dismissed.

Seth R. Brennan, 24, Leipsic, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 170 days suspended, for possession of drugs (attempt). He was given credit for seven days’ jail and fined $1,000. He was originally charged with possession of drugs (cocaine), possession of drugs (adderall), possession of drugs (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin L. Brennan, 49, Hastings, Minn., was sentenced to 180 days’ jail, with 170 days suspended, for possession of drugs (attempt). He was originally charged with possession of drugs (cocaine), possession of drugs (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given credit for seven days’ jail and fined $1,000.

March 9

Kevin M. Arnone, 32, Ottawa, was granted judicial release and remanded to the WORTH Center. He was also ordered to have only one medical provider and one pharmacy, undergo drug and alcohol assessment, and not consume alcohol. He had been convicted of felonious assault (attempt) and two counts assault.

Madison N. Fenbert, 20, 21033 Road D, Continental, was sentenced to 60 days’ jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include using marijuana on Jan. 18, failing to report to an office visit on Jan. 10, failing to contact her supervising officer on Jan. 19, failing to contact her supervising officer to update current address, changing her address without permission, failing to comply with curfew, failing to maintain employment, and being unsuccessfully discharged from treatment at Pathways Counseling Center. She was given credit for 31 served. She was originally convicted of aggravated trespassing.

Alex J. Rosengarten, 22, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 66, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days’ jail for violating the terms of supervision, with 90 days suspended. The violations include operating a motor vehicle without a valid license on Dec. 25, Dec. 26 and Dec. 27 and using marijuana on Feb. 7. He was given credit for 11 days served.
