Rodney Hall, 48, Lima, pleaded guilty to
felony child support. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in
fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is
conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m., June 17.
Thomas A. Bishop, 31, Harrod, was granted judicial release. He was convicted of possession of drugs and burglary.
Financial 1, Inc., Elmhurst, Illinois, was granted a foreclosure
judgment against Timothy Korte, Ottawa, and Heather G. Wells, Arlington,
in the amount of $66,150.36, plus interest and costs.
America, Plano, Texas, was granted a foreclosure against John Duncan,
Leipsic, and Tammy Duncan, Leipsic, in the amount of $72,090.95, plus
interest and costs.
M. Coe, 26, Weston, pleaded guilty to burglary. He faces up to 36
months in prison and $10,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to
intimidation of witness. He faces up to six months in jail, and $1,000
