Christopher N. Kaminski, 33, Toledo, was sentenced to 130 days jail for violating the terms of community control. He was given credit for 52 days served and was ordered to pay the costs of prosecution. He was originally convicted of theft of checks.

Dec. 19

Brent T. Burns, 36, Napoleon, was granted vacation of his sentence and ordered released from the Putnam County Jail immediately. He was convicted of grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Madison N. Fenbert, 20, Scott, was found to be in violation of the terms of community control. A sentencing date was scheduled for 1 p.m. Jan. 17, 2018. She had been convicted of attempted burglary.
