Dennis D. Zarse, 68, West Wilmington, pleaded guilty to three counts gross sexual imposition. He faces up to 15 years in prison and $30,000 in fines. Bond was revoked with sentencing set for 8:30 a.m. Nov. 6.

Leroy Lugo, 44, Galloway, was placed on three years community control for violating the terms of supervision. The violation included failing to report for an office visit. He must undergo random drug and alcohol testing.

Markus D. Kimmell, 19, was sentenced to 180 days jail for assault, a misdemeanor, with 135 days suspended. He was fined $500, given credit for two days served, placed on two years probation and must pay restitution of $2,195.38 to the victim.

Oak Capital Trust, Anaheim, Calif., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Chad A. Knott, Kalida, in the amount of $55,855.92, plus interest and costs.

JP Morgan Chase Bank, Westerville, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Dustin Nuveman, Leipsic, and Jamie Nuveman, Ottawa, in the amount of $116,692.97, plus interest and costs.

October 3

Michael A. Rieman, 33, Ottawa, was granted judicial release. He was originally convicted of burglary.

Eric E. Pedrosa, Ottawa, and Sara E. Pedrosa, Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Nov. 10, 2007 in New Bavaria, and have one child.
