Andrew M. Coe, 25, Weston, found not guilty on count I of the indictment, receiving stolen property; and found guilty on count II of the indictment, burglary. To serve eight years at ODRC with credit for 213 days previously served. May be subject to a period of post release control for three years under terms and conditions as determined by adult parole authority.
Leann M. Altman, 34, Ottawa, entered plea of admission to violating the terms of supervision. Sentenced to 18 months at ODRC with credit for 46 days previously served. Defendant shall complete an evaluation for Worth Center and pay court costs of this action. Defendant shall be subject to a period of post release control for three years under terms and conditions as determined by adult parole authority.


Charlene I. Nunez, 56, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to one count cultivation of marijuana and one count (attempt) possession of marijuana. On each count the defendant is sentenced to two years community control under general supervision and control of the adult parole authority under any terms and conditions that they deem appropriate. Serve 10 days electronically monitored house arrest to be completed within next 30 days. Defendant shall pay per diem cost of said electronically monitored house arrest; pay fine of $500 on each count; undergo periodic drug testing and drug treatment; undergo drug and alcohol use monitoring, Operator's license is suspended for six months. The within sentence shall run concurrently.
Thomas E. Adams, 48, Oakwood, entered plea of admission to violating terms of supervision. Upon plea, terms of supervision have been violated and court revokes the same. Sentenced to 18 months at ODRC with credit for 112 days previously served. Defendant shall complete an evaluation for the Worth Center. Operator's license be suspended for five years. Defendant shall be subject to a period of post release control for three years under terms and conditions as determined by adult parole authority.
Gina M. Kreinbrink, 32, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to three counts of vehicular assault and one count of operation under the influence. Sentenced to three years community control under general supervision and control of adult parole authority under any terms and conditions that they deem appropriate. Court further imposes the following conditions and sanctions of community control: serve 90 days in Putnam County Jail with credit for one day previously served; undergo drug and alcohol assessments and treatments as directed by her supervising officer; not consume any alcohol; complete 500 hours of community service; operator's license suspended for five years; pay fine of $500; pay court costs.
Jeffrey L. Perry, 55, Toledo, pleaded guilty to three counts of rape (victim under age of 13) with specification: force or threat of force. Sentenced to life in prison on all three counts, sentences to run consecutively. Pre-sentence investigation report and report prepared by Federal Bureau of Investigation be made part of the record. Shall be registered as a Tier III sex offender. Shall be subject to a period of post release control for five years under terms and conditions as determined by the adult parole authority. Pay costs of this action.
Kari A. Fantone, 20, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drugs. Sentenced to three years community control under general supervision and control of adult parole authority under any terms and conditions that they deem appropriate. Shall be accepted into the Worth Center program; given credit for 78 days previously served; undergo drug and alcohol assessments and treatments as directed by supervising officer; obtain employment upon release from Worth; operator's license suspended for six months; pay court costs of this action.
Cynthia M. Teegarden, 36, Cloverdale, granted judicial release and placed on three years of community control under general terms and supervision of adult parole authority.
Wayne R. Settlemire, 55, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of cocaine. Sentenced to three years community control under general supervision and control of adult parole authority under any terms and conditions that they deem appropriate. Court further imposes the following conditions and sanctions of the defendant's community control: serve 60 days in Putnam County Jail; undergo outpatient drug and alcohol treatments and assessment as directed by supervising officer and follow all recommendations resulting from said assessment and/or treatment; complete 100 hours of community service; pay court costs of this action; shall be prohibited to obtain his operator's license for six month.
Kevin R. Taggi, 46, Kalida, is granted judicial release and placed on three years of community control under general terms and supervision of adult parole authority.
Matt D. Smith, 29, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to one count of weapons under disability. Sentenced to three years community control under general supervision and control of the adult parole authority under any terms and conditions that they deem appropriate. Serve 30 days in Putnam County Jail; undergo drug and alcohol use monitoring; obtain and maintain employment. Granted work release while incarcerated and pay court costs of this action.
