Criminal
Thomas E. Adams, 48, Oakwood, is granted judicial release and placed on five years community control under general terms and supervision of adult parole authority. Court further imposes specific sanctions and conditions of his community control as follows: successfully complete Worth Center, undergo drug and alcohol treatment and assessments as directed by supervising officer, not consume alcohol, undergo drug and alcohol use monitoring as directed by supervising officer, shall obtain employment and pay court costs of this action. If defendant violates terms of community control he may be subject to a prison term of 18 months at ODRC; defendant's operator's license shall be suspended for five years.
David Lee Justus, 26, Continental, is granted judicial release and is placed on three years community control under general terms and supervision of adult parole authority. The court further imposes specific sanctions and conditions of his community control as follows: successfully complete Worth Center, undergo drug and alcohol use monitoring as directed by supervising officer, obtain employment, pay court costs of this action, have no contact with victim; if he violates terms of community control he may be subject to a prison term of 24 months at ODRC. Defendant's operator's license shall be suspended for three years.
Terry A. Dotson, 66, Continental, pleaded guilty to one count of cultivation of marijuana and one count of tampering with evidence. Sentenced to three years community control under general supervision and control of adult parole authority. Court further imposes the following conditions and sanctions: serve 45 days in Putnam County Jail with credit for one day previously served, pay per diem of jail costs, undergo drug use monitoring, pay fine of $10,000 on count I and pay court costs. Violation of any term of this sentence shall lead to a more restrictive sentence of 36 months at ODRC. Defendant's operator's license shall be suspended for one year.
Michele Lee Mayer, 37, Lima, granted judicial release and placed on three years community control under general terms and supervision of adult parole authority; the court further imposes specific sanctions and conditions of defendant's community control as follows: successfully complete Worth Center, undergo drug and alcohol treatment and assessments as directed by supervising officer, submit to drug and alcohol testing as instructed by supervising officer or any law enforcement officer, residence shall be approved by supervising officer, operator's license be suspended for lifetime and pay court costs of this action. If she violates terms of community control, she may be subject to prison term of 30 months at ODRC.
Anthony N. Hutchison, 30, Ottawa, is granted judicial release and placed on three years of community control under general terms and supervision of adult parole authority. Court further imposes specific sanctions and conditions of his community control as follows: be accepted into and successfully complete Worth Center; undergo drug and alcohol use monitoring; obtain employment; no contact with victim; pay court costs of this action. If defendant violates the terms of community control he may be subject to a prison term of 12 months at ODRC.
