Tiffany L. Storer, 21, Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to charge of drug abuse/possession, found guilty, fined $50 and defendant operator license is suspended for six months. Defendant is granted driving privileges for medical purposes upon proof of insurance.

Defendant is to be given credit for three days jail upon completion of D.I.P. program. Defendant's license plates for the vehicle in which he was driving at the time of this offense are ordered impounded for 90 days. License suspension modified after 45 days to permit work commutation driving, VIP, DIP, probation, counseling and medical with restricted plates, ignition interlock and proof of insurance.
