Keith Wagner, 52, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to telephone harassment, sentenced to 180 days jail, 173 days suspended, fined $10 and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center or equivalent. A charge of probation violation and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Civil/Feb. 14

Kris Reynolds, Glandorf, to pay judgment of $669.60, plus interest and cost of suit taxed at $95 to O G Family & General Dentistry, Glandorf.

Alicia Hernandez, Ottawa, to pay judgment of $75.60, plus interest and cost of suit taxed at $95 to O G Family & General Dentistry, Glandorf.

Linda Good, Harlingen, Texas, to pay judgment of $10,140.93, plus interest and costs to Cavalry SPV I, LLC, Columbus.

Criminal/Feb. 18

Steven Jeffers, 31, Ottawa, charged with rape, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Seth W. Bowling, 28, Sidney, pleaded guilty to aggravated menacing, sentenced to 180 days jail, 172 days suspended, fined $150, pay $320 restitution, no contact with victim for two years, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center or equivalent agency. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.

William G. Decker, 38, Lima, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of dependents, sentenced to 180 days jail, 176 days suspended, fined $100 and must comply with all work requirements.

Dianna L. Heath, 54, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days jail, 28 days suspended, and fined $100.

Traffic/Feb. 18

Danielle K. Steinberger, 24, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license and was fined $100. Charges of drug possession and speeding were dismissed.

Kyle E. Vorhees, 20, Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation and was fined $150.

Nicholas G. Lomeli, Jr., 22, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to driving under FRA/non compliance and was fined $200. He was also fined $50 for failure to control.
