Layton O. Donaldson, 20, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was fined $150 and given a six-month license suspension. He was also fined $150 for drug paraphernalia and $50 for tinted windows.

Cari L. Geckle, 19, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days’ jail, 177 days suspended, fined $750, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with completion of three days’ jail upon completion of DIP.

Robert J. Schnippel, 49, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI, sentenced to 180 days’ jail, 150 days suspended, fined $750, $375 suspended, three-year license suspension, and complete mental health assessment. Another charge of OVI and a charge of left of center were dismissed.

Criminal/Feb. 6

Duane M. Niese, 58, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to theft, sentenced to 30 days’ jail, suspended, fined $250, and pay restitution of $433.58 to victim.

Michael L. Fortman, 32, Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days’ jail, 29 days suspended, and complete a mental health assessment.

Angela M. Lucas, 20, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to assault, sentenced to 180 days’ jail, suspended, and fined $150.

Mandy Jenkins, 38, Lima, pleaded no contest to village income tax, sentenced to 10 days’ jail, suspended, fined $150 suspended, on condition she abide by payment plan with the village of Pandora. Another count was dismissed.

Selena C. Chasco, 21, Findlay, pleaded guilty to OVI, sentenced to 180 days’ jail, 170 days suspended, 177 days suspended, fined $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension. She was also fined $200 for failure to reinstate license.

Katanya Daniel, Columbus Grove, to pay judgment of $2,966.81, plus interest and costs to Credit Acceptance Corp., Southfield, Mich.

Rickey Niese, Leipsic, and Connie Niese, Leipsic, to pay judgment of $201, plus interest and costs to Lima Radiological Associates.

Dean W. Ricker, Kalida, to pay judgment of $2,498.35, plus interest and costs to Capital One Bank, Columbus.

Mandy L. Bevins, Gilboa, to pay judgment of $571.05, plus interest and costs to Bluffton Hospital, Findlay.

Tygan J. Nelson, 18, Continental, pleaded no contest to failure to control and was fined $100.

Christopher R. Revuelta, 37, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to driving under FRA/non-compliance and was fined $150.
