Devan R. Quiroga, 24, Deshler, pleaded guilty to theft, a misdemeanor. He faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3:30 p.m. Aug. 13.

Branch Banking and Trust Company, Greenville, S.C., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Rachel R. Camara, Ottawa, in the amount of $70,894.93, plus interest and costs.

July 16

Summit Ethanol, LLC, Leipsic, was granted judgment against Martin Haselman in the amount of $18,150, for his breach of the parties settlement agreement.

July 17

Jeffrey T. Brightman, 25, Toledo, pleaded guilty to identity fraud. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was revoked while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2:30 p.m. Aug. 13. He was originally indicted on identity fraud, forgery and driving under FRA suspension.
