John G. Gibson, Ottawa and Lisa A. Lambert, Ottawa, to pay judgment of $170.75 with interest and cost of suit taxed at $105 for which execution is awarded to Pandora Family Physicians Inc., Pandora.
Thomas Kelly, Jr., Cloverdale, to pay judgment of $3,364.48, together with accrued interest of $173.11 plus
interest thereafter and costs to LVNV Funding, LLC, Greenville, S.C.
Kevin Bice and Polly L. Bice, Gomer, to pay judgment of $1,475 plus interest and costs, with execution suspended provided that payments are made as agreed to Lima Radiological Assoc., Lima.
Sheri L. Sigler, 53, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct, found guilty, fined $150.
Steven C. Palte, 21, Bluffton, pleaded no contest to charge of criminal damaging/ endang., found guilty, fined $750 and 30 days jail with $600 of fine and 30 days jail suspended on condition he has no similar offense in two years, restitution to be paid in the amount of $268 to victim of disorderly conduct, found guilty, fined $100 with $50 of fine suspended.
Chadd M. Sigler, 32, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to charge of disorderly conduct, found guilty, fined $50.
Tylor J. Fugatt, 19, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to charge of disorderly conduct, found guilty, fined $100.
Amy J. Sanchez, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to charge of speed, found guilty, fined $250 with $150 of fine suspended.
Fayth M. Elling, 24, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to charge of first offense OVI , found guilty, 6 points, fined $750 and 180 days jail and one year class 5 license suspension, ALS is terminated and sentence is modified as follows: $375 of fine and 177 days jail suspended on condition she attend 72 hour driving intervention program. Defen- dant is to be given credit for three days jail upon comple- tion of D.I.P. program, no similar or alcohol related of- fense, no DUS or NOL and no refusal to take breath/blood alcohol test in two years from date of this entry. No viola- tion of driving privileges and maintain insurance. Pay fine and cost within 120 days. At- tend victim impact panel. The court ordered license suspension modified upon proof of insurance and after 30 days to permit work commutation driving upon proof of insur- ance. Defendant can apply for further modification of drivers license suspension after at- tending 72 hour DIP, payment of fine and cost and passage of 180 days.
