David Gordon Andrew, 20, of Lima, was traveling south on Rd. 25 which is a mud road. The road is clearly marked "prohibited when wet." Andrew advised he was driving 25 mph and lost control. He was cited with failure to obey traffic control device.August 30
Juliana S. Kingery, 33, of Deshler, was traveling north on Rd. 1 when Carrie I. Leopold, 46, of Ottawa, was traveling west on St. Rt. 613. According to Kingery, she was stopped at the stop sign at St. Rt. 613 intersection, then attempted to cross when she struck Leopold. Kingery was cited with failure to stop.
Thirty-nine year old Douglass E. Elkins, of Cloverdale, was attempting to enter the roadway from a pull off area, south of the entrance to Glandorf Lumber, when he struck Kelly Ann Croy, 41, of Glandorf. Croy incurred minor damage to the right rear of her vehicle.
A civil call was made to the Sheriff's office in Van Buren Twp.
Threats were reported in Sugar Creek Twp.
Mailbox damage was reported in Pleasant Twp.
An abandoned vehicle was reported on Old 65 and Rd. M8.
A brush fire at 1900 Miller Rd. in Monroe Twp. was reported on Sept. 3 at 9:06 a.m. No injuries were reported.
