Thirty hours of community service and pay administrative fee to be completed within 90 days.

Ted A. Hart, 51, Ottawa, pled no contest to charge of attempt to commit an offense, found guilty, fined $100 and 90 days jail with 90 days jail suspended on condition he has no similar offense or theft offense in two years and pay fine and cost within 120 days. Defendant to serve six months probation and abide by rules thereof. Defendant is to complete an assessment and abide by recommendations.

Kris E. Reynolds, 37, Continental, pled no contest to charge of assault, found guilty, fined $250 and 180 days jail with 170 days jail suspended on condition defendant has no similar offense in two years, payment of fine and cost within 120 days. Defendant to serve six months probation and abide by rules thereof. Defendant is to report to jail to serve 10 days jail, with work release if qualifies.
