OTTAWA — Sunny weather was on hand Friday evening for the 2014 Relay for Life of Putnam County at the Ottawa-Glandorf football field. Team members walked the track in varying outfits and t-shirts including the purple t-shirts worn by cancer survivors.

In addition to a live auction, the evening included various other fundraisers including Dude Looks like Super Hero contest, liminaria ceremony, and jail arrests.

Various walks including the orange lap-leukemia and kidney cancer; dark blue lap-colon cancer; light blue lap-prostrate lap; pink lap- breast cancer and many other laps drew attention to the many types of cancer.
