OTTAWA - Gustwiller's Clothing of Ottawa is an award winning business.

In fact, the store was recently recognized for its exceptional service by the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce (OACC) at the chamber installation dinner on Jan. 19.

The business received the OACC Business of the Year Award, which is decided from nominations of the 2009 consideration period and a list of criteria the nominee must meet.

"I think it's great to be recognized for that kind of award and it just shows that a lot of hard work pays off," said store co-owner Brian Gustwiller.

Owner Tom Gustwiller is also excited about his business's accomplishment, knowing that Gustwiller's is one of the few clothing stores left in northwest Ohio.

"It's great. It's a great compliment when you get nominated by other businesses," he said. "It just shows that we have high standards we have to meet today in order to survive."

Jim Heringhaus, of Heringhaus Furniture in Ottawa, nominated Gustwiller's Clothing for the award.
