After four years in the planning and two years' construction, the new Ottawa-Glandorf locker room is in use at the Ottawa-Glandorf Stadium as of Sept. 2. The Athletic Boosters raised the money through corporate and individual donors. Persons who are interested in purchasing engraved pavers that will be placed in the commons area between the track and the new facility should contact the boosters. On Tuesday night, Booster President Ken Hashbarger and Booster Vice President Rob Kahle gave the administration and the school board a tour of the facility. Board member Ron Horstman stated, "These two guys put in countless hours completing this project. We are very proud of the facility that the Athletic Boosters supplied for our school." O-G High School Principal Jayson Selgo thanked all of the boosters, and added, "They put a tremendous amount of time getting the building ready for this year. It's one of the nicest facilities I've ever seen."
