OTTAWA - Now through the end of August, Main Street in Ottawa will be closed to truck traffic to facilitate necessary curb repairs, according to Jason Philips in a message to Ottawa's Main Street businesses.

The repairs will be completed on a block by block basis, with local traffic and parking prohibited during daytime hours, on the block undergoing repairs. Blocks not under repair will remain open to local traffic.
Main Street will be open to local traffic during evening hours. However, parking will still be prohibited on the block undergoing repairs.
Delivery trucks will be permitted to deviate from the posted truck detour and travel Second Street and Third Street to access Main Street businesses for deliveries.
