OTTAWA - On Monday Dec. 31 the Putnam County Commissioners approved several year ending financial appropriations and expenditures.

Travis Jerwers moved to adopt a resolution to allow Board Chairmen, John Love the permission to sign The Revolving Loan Fund administration Agreement (CDBG RLF). The Office of Housing and Community Partnership required Putnam County, administering a CDBG-funded revolving loan fund. This agreement sensors Putnam County understands and adders to the terms and agreement in conjunction with the administration of the CDBG RLF.

The commissioners also approved minus appropriations in several funds and year ending expenditures. One item paid for from County General account was $23,156.27 in legal services for the Road 5 lawsuit against the county commissioners. Other expenditures included items for Putnam Acres Care Center, and a new vest for the dog warden at a cost of $1,026.

The Putnam County Commissioners will meet again on Thursday, Jan. 3 at 10 a.m. for their regular scheduled meeting.
