The Putnam County Grand Jury issued the following indictments on Sept. 11.
Nathan D. Aguirre, 36, Columbus Grove for aggravated burglary.
Kellsey Lyle, 28, Fort Wayne, Ind., for theft and Medicaid eligibility fraud.
Richard L. Snively, 55, Putnam County Jail, for retaliation.
Christine M. Wilson, 49, McComb, for tampering with records.
Jeffrey T. Merritte, 43, Paulding, for felonious assault.
Branden M. Papay, 19, Lima, for failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Ethan J. Yinger, 22, Columbus Grove, for forgery, uttering and theft of check.
Michael K. Schwaiger, 59, Ottawa, for cultivation of marijuana with specification, two counts possession of drugs, possession of marijuana, and possession of criminal tools.
Joseph E. Bonar, 54, Oakwood, for cultivation of marijuana, two counts possession of drugs, possession of marijuana, and possession of criminal tools.
Bobby W. Elders, 53, Defiance, for theft.
John W. Gibson, 36, Ottawa, for identity fraud.
Derek W. Mangas, 21, Leipsic, for theft and breaking and entering.
Jason M. Mangas, 33, Columbus Grove, for domestic violence and disrupting public service.
Eric A. Kohrn, 45, Lima, for tampering with coin machines and possession of criminal tools.
Adam T. Hector, 26, Ottawa, for uttering and receiving stolen property.
September 6
Melissa M. Hageman, 45, Ottawa, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for reckless homicide. She was fined $2,500 and ordered to pay $2,720.19 to the estate of Tammy S. Roberts. She was also sentenced to 18 months in prison for trafficking in drugs, sentence to be served concurrent, credit for one day, and five-year license suspension.
Thomas A. Verhoff, 56, Cloverdale, was sentenced to 30 days jail and placed on three years community control for possession of marijuana. He was fined $500, given credit for one day, one year license suspension, and must undergo drug and alcohol treatment and assessment.
Dereck A. Stewart, 25, Oakwood, was sentenced to seven days jail for trafficking in drugs marijuana. He was given credit for two days, placed on three years community control, six-month license suspension and pay $80 restitution to the MAN unit. A charge of permitting drug abuse was dismissed.
September 11
Discover Bank, New Albany, was granted judgment against Melissa D. Grime, Continental, in the amount of $15,998.33, plus interest and costs.

Chad A. Thompson, 40, Lima, pleaded guilty to driving under FRA/suspension, fined $100, and 40 hours community service within 120 days.

Mathew S. Jackson, 19, Delphos, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct, fined $150.
Jacob A. Moreo, 26, Continental, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct, fined $75.
Andrew Moreo, 50, Continental, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct, fined $75.

Joe Vera III, 19, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to escape, sentenced to 180 days jail, fined $250.
Nancy A. Matteson, 46, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to theft, sentenced to 180 days jail, suspended, fined $100, complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center and perform 60 hours community service.
Chace D. Keiser, 22, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct, fined $100.
Nicholas A. Okuley, 19, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct, fined $100.
Matthew Brown, 19, Findlay, pleaded guilty to assault, sentenced to 180 days jail, 169 suspended and fined $150.
Traffic/Sept. 9
Nicholas A. Okuley, 19, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension, sentenced to 180 days jail, 140 suspended, fined $500, one-year license suspension, and probation for six months. A charge of unauthorized tampering with plates was dismissed.
Larry D. Howard, Jr., 43, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator's license, fined $150. A charge of turn signals was dismissed.

Bryon H. Eickholt, Ottawa, to pay judgment of $1,296.89, with interest and costs to Discover Bank, New Albany.
Criminal/Sept. 10
Devin R. Dennard, 19, Findlay, pleaded no contest to assault, sentenced to 180 days jail, suspended, and fined $250.
Criminal/Sept. 11
Daniel Tijerina, 41, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of menacing, sentenced to 30 days jail, 26 suspended, fined $250, $150 suspended, no contact with victim for six months and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center or equivalent agency.

Tom Kettels, Columbus Grove, to pay judgment of $326.32, with interest and costs to Ottawa Oil Company, Inc.
