Tracy M. Dalton, 46, Paulding, was sentenced to 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, for trafficking in drugs (attempt), credit for one day served, two years probation, undergo drug and alcohol treatment and pay $500 restitution.
David A. Rettig, 43, Delta, pleaded guilty to attempted illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 15.
Anthony J. Wobler was appointed to the Putnam County Board of Elections.
Richard L. Snively 56, of Putnam County Jail, pleaded guilty to violating a protection order and menacing by stalking. He faces up to 12 months in jail and $2,000 in fines. Bond was revoked.
Carla S. Tooman was appointed to the Putnam County Board of Elections.
Shon Hadding, 35, Lima, was sentenced to 118 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included failing to pay court-ordered child support, moving from his residence and leaving Ohio without permission. He was placed on two years community control, must obtain employment, pay child support and pay restitution of $17,029.53 to the Putnam County Child Support Enforcement Agency.
Jason L. Clapper Jr., 21, Lima, was ordered to successfully complete the WORTH Center program for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included changing his address without permission and testing positive for marijuana. He also was found guilty to striking, choking and threatening to kill the victim on May 15, 2013, and damaging her property. He was placed on three years community control, must obtain employment and a GED, pay $700 restitution and his driver's license was suspended for six months.
Janelle Schroeder, Fort Jennings, and Todd Schroeder, Delphos, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 23, 2009 in Columbus, and have two children.
