OTTAWA — The Putnam County Council on Aging, a Partner Agency of the Putnam County United Way, will be hosting a silent auction fundraiser and gift certificate raffle during the Ottawa-Glandorf Jaycee’s Rhythm and Rib Festival.  The Fundraiser will take place at the Putnam County Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 19, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.  There will be over 100 items to auction off. 
According to Director Jodi Warnecke, “there is something for everyone”.  
Director Warnecke stated, “we have a wide array of items that will appeal to people of all ages and all areas of interests”.
