KALIDA - Barbara June Warnement, 82, of Kalida, died at 1:03 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center, Glandorf.
She was born March 31, 1931 in Delphos to the late Harry G. and Regina "Gene" (Von Lehmden) Boerger. On April 11, 1953, she married Donald "Duck" Warnement who survives in Kalida.
She is survived by her children, David (Connie) Warnement of Cloverdale, Ann (Don) Baker of Dayton and Kathy Dawson of Ft. Jennings; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are two sons-in-law, Dennis Tirey and Ronald Bulman.
Barbara was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Kalida and its Rosary Altar Society; Catholic Ladies of Columbia and Christian Mothers.
Barbara was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who would do anything to help you out. She enjoyed her family and will be sadly missed by her husband and children.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 22, at St. Michael Catholic Church, Kalida, with Fr. Mark Hoying officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Jackson Township.
Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association, Putnam County Home Health or the charity of donor's choice.
