is scheduled to be functional on Monday, Jan. 2, 2017.
to this system conversion the Putnam County Title Department will be
open on Friday, Dec. 30, but will not be able to issue titles. Staff
will be available to review and accept title application paperwork as
well as process passport applications. The office will be closed on
Monday, Jan 2, 2017 in observance of the New Year Holiday.
