PUTNAM COUNTY - Tonight is the final night of the boys basketball regular season. And as the teams wrap up the regular season, two league titles will be decided during the action Friday night.
Leipsic has the opportunity to clinch an outright Putnam County League title as they visit Fort Jennings. The Vikings are 6-0 in the PCL and a win would give them the outright title. A loss by the Vikings would allow Columbus Grove to gain a share of the title as they finished PCL play at 6-1.
Ottawa-Glandorf has an outside shot at gaining a share of the Western Buckeye League title as they visit Van Wert. The Titans sit one game back of WBL leaders Bath and Elida. A loss by Bath and Elida and an O-G win could give them a piece of the title.
In other league games Friday night, Columbus Grove visits Delphos Jefferson in a Northwest Conference matchup, while Pandora-Gilboa is at Continental for a PCL contest.
In non-league play tonight, Miller City is at Hicksville, Fairview visits Kalida and Ottoville visits Wayne Trace.
Tuesday night is the beginning of the boys sectional tournaments.
