PUTNAM COUNTY - Four Putnam County girls basketball teams received seeds Sunday as the sectional pairings were announced for all Divisions.


Ottawa-Glandorf and Ottoville were voted top seeds at their respective sectionals, while Continental and Leipsic were voted second seeds.
O-G (13-6) was tabbed as the top seed at the Division III sectional at Lima Bath sectional. The Titans will face the winner of the sectional semi-final between Lima Central Catholic and Wayne Trace on Feb. 23.
At the Division IV sectional in Bluffton, top ranked Ottoville (19-0) was tabbed as the top seed and Continental (13-5) was the second seed. The Big Green open tournament play on Feb. 19 as they face Lima Perry at 6:15 p.m. Continental took a first round bye and will face the winner of the game between Fort Jennings and Kalida on Feb. 23.
At the O-G Division IV sectional, Leipsic (12-6) received the second seed as Patrick Henry (17-1) was voted the top seed. Both teams took byes and will play their first games on Feb. 23.
