OTTAWA - Ottawa-Glandorf's TJ Metzger hit a putback as time expired Friday night to lift the Titans past Lima Bath 55-54 in Western Buckeye League action at the Robert J. Hermiller Gymnasium.

The win gives the Titans a 6-2 WBL record and a 17-3 overall record, while Bath suffered its first league loss as they dropped to 7-1, tied with Elida for first place in the league. The Wildcats are 16-4 overall.
Ottawa-Glandorf found themselves trailing 54-53 after the Wildcats' Logan Rockhold hit one of two free throws with 19 seconds left. O-G took a timeout with 14 seconds left and worked the ball down low to Michael Rosebrock. Rosebrock went up for a shot and was fouled in the process with 4.5 seconds left.
The Titans were forced to take the ball out of bounds and after a Bath timeout got the ball to Metzger, who took a three-pointer. The three-pointer by Metzger was off the mark and the ball found its way back into the hands of Metzger, who put up a 15 footer with time running out for the game winner.
In a back and forth game, O-G found themselves down six points with just over two minutes left. The Titans defense forced a pair of Bath turnovers as O-G rallied to tie the game at 53-53 on a Rosebrock basket. Bath then missed a three-pointer and the Titans turned the ball over leading to Rockhold's free throw with 19 seconds left.
Metzger had a big night for the Titans with 24 points and 10 rebounds. Metzger drained six three-pointers in the game for O-G. Rosebrock added 13 points.
Teron Sullivan hit three three-pointers for Bath as he scored 21 points. Logan Rockhold finished with 15 points.
O-G won the junior varsity game against the Wildcats.
