O-G baseball falls to Findlay

FINDLAY — Ottawa-Glandorf was on the verge of locking up another exciting win Tuesday evening.
Findlay didn't let that happen as they scored twice in the bottom of the tenth inning to a 10-9 non-league win over the Titans. O-G dropped to 18-5 on the season, while the Trojans are 13-10.
O-G scored a run in the top of the tenth for a 9-8 lead before Findlay came up with two runs in the bottom of the inning for the win. In the seventh inning, the Titans had scored a run for an 8-6 lead before Findlay rallied in the bottom of the seventh to tie the game.
Austin Verhoff (1-1) was saddled with the loss for O-G.
Brad Croy had three singles and two doubles for the Titans, who finished the game with 16 hits. Matt Warnecke had three singles for O-G, Drew Schierloh had two singles and Tyler Zender had a home run.
Findlay banged out 14 hits in the game.
Hardin Northern 1
LEIPSIC — Leipsic scored all their runs in three innings Tuesday night as the Vikings claimed a 15-1 Blanchard Valley Conference win.
The Vikings scored twice in the first inning, added six runs in the second inning and scored seven times in the third inning. Hardin Northern scored their lone run in the fourth inning.
Pierce Henry picked up the win for Leipsic as he went three innings not allowing a run on two hits. Henry had a double and three RBIs for the Vikings, while Gavin Cupp had had two singles and three RBIs. Neil Haselman had two hits and an RBI, Ross Schroeder had three hits and an RBI and Nick Schey had two hits.
Jacob Gossard took the loss for the Polar Bears as he went 2 1/3 innings. Collin Hoffman and Kyle Lamb worked in relief.
Rylie Drumm had two hits for the Polar Bears and Kyle Lamb had a double.
