CONVOY - Ottawa-Glandorf scored a run in the fifth inning and made it standup in a 3-2 non-league defeat of Crestview Monday.

The Knights (15-5) took a 2-0 in the bottom of the first inning before O-G (17-4) tied the game in their half of the second inning. The game remained tied until O-G scored in the fifth inning.
Tanner Schimmoeller (4-0) picked up the win for O-G as he went the distance allowing two runs on two hits. He struck out five in the win.
Schimmoeller had a single and two RBIs, while Jake Hashbarger had a double and single. Cody Bockrath had two singles and Tyler Zender a double.
