LIMA - Ottawa-Glandorf sophomore Tiffany Kahle finished fourth at second singles at the Western Buckeye League tennis tournament Saturday.

The fifth seeded Kahle faced second seeded Anita Kottapalli of Shawnee in the third place at the UNOH Tennis Courts and fell to the Indian junior 6-1, 6-0 to finish fourth.
In the semi-finals Saturday morning Kahle faced top seeded Allie Zofkie of Wapakoneta dropping a hard-fought 7-6 (7-4), 7-5 to the Redskin freshman. Zofkie went on to the title at second singles.
At first singles, O-G senior Amy Schmiedebusch finished seventh as she defeated Defiance's Kristine Shannon 8-6 in the back draw portion of the tournament. Schmiedebusch lost her first match in the back draw to Celina's Kalie Gardner 8-3 that put her in the seventh place match.
As a team the Titans finished eighth in the WBL tournament with eight points and they were ninth in the final standings after finishing in ninth place during the regular season.
