PANDORA - Pandora-Gilboa and McComb entered their Blanchard Valley Conference matchup Wednesday evening both undefeated.



When the match was over the Panthers left Pandora still unbeaten after a 25-23, 25-12, 25-23 win over the Rockets. McComb is 3-0 in the BVC and 11-0 overall, while P-G is 2-1 in the BVC and 9-1 overall.

Megan Maag had 19 kills for the Rockets as she was 49-of-53 hitting with three blocks and 10-of-10 serving with 10 digs. Hunter Hermiller had three kills as she was 19-of-22 hitting with eight digs and 16-of-18 serving.Mikaylie Morman had five kills on 15-of-16 hitting and she was 11-of-12 serving.

Vivian Nofziger had 26 assists as she was 91-of-93 setting and she was 8-of-8 serving, Mackenzie Swary had 19 digs and Kaitlyn Conine six digs.

McComb won the junior varsity match 25-15, 25-11.

Leipsic 3

Hardin Northern 1

DOLA - Leipsic rallied from a first game setback Wednesday evening to defeat Hardin Northern 21-25, 25-10, 25-23, 25-21 in Blanchard Valley Conference action.

Amber Gerdeman paced the Vikings (2-1, 10-1) with three aces 15 kills as she was 28-of-33 hitting with three blocks. Brooke Heitmeyer had seven kills and three blocks and Haley Gerten had seven kills, 12 digs and was 18-of-19 serving.

Rachel Rieman was 22-of-23 serving and 39-of-39 setting with nine assists. Emily Ellerbrock was 12-of-13 serving, while Shalynn Morman had 17 digs and Nicole Kreinbrink had 14 digs. Maddie Steffan had two blocks.

Leipsic won the junior varsity match 25-10, 25-9.

Columbus Grove 3

Miller City 0

MILLER CITY - Columbus Grove picked up its first Putnam County League win Wednesay night as they defeated Miller City 25-11, 25-11, 25-17.

Kelli Vorst was 14-of-14 serving for the Bulldogs (1-1, 5-2) with an ace and 14 digs, while Briana Glass and Deanna Kleman both had four aces. Julia Wynn had five kills and Rachel Schumacher 13 assists.

Amanda Schroeder had five kills and a block assist for Miller City (0-1, 0-9) and Janke vanWezel was 15-of-18 hitting with five kills and six digs. Kristin Schmenk had three aces on 7-of-9 serving, three kills, two solo blocks and one block assist. Kylee Ricker was 30-of-30 setting with six assists with a solo block.
