Third inning carries Titans

GLANDORF - Ottawa-Glandorf scored eight times in the third inning Monday on their way to an 11-4 Western Buckeye League win over Celina.
The win moved the Titans to 3-4 in the league and 10-4 overall. Celina is 12-11 overall.
O-G took a 2-0 lead in the first inning before the Bulldogs responded with four runs in the top of the second. The Titans regained the lead with eight runs in the bottom of the third inning. Celina helped the O-G rally with three errors in the inning.
Matt Warnecke (4-2) picked up the win for the Titans. Cory Imm had three singles for O-G, while Cody Bockrath had two singles. Jake Hashbarger added a double to the O-G attack.
Aric Fickert took the loss for Celina.

Fort Jennings 1
CONTINENTAL - Continental's Luke Sullivan pitched a two-hitter Monday as the Pirates topped Fort Jennings 11-1 in Putnam County League action.
Sullivan (1-5) allowed one run on two hits with a strikeout and walk.
The Musketeers scored in the top of the first inning before the Pirates came back with three runs in the bottom of the inning. Continental ended the game with three runs in the bottom of the fifth.
Terry Dockery III had a single, triple and two RBI for the Pirates, while Zach Schwarzman had two singles and two RBI. Tyler Dockery had a single, double and RBI, while Gabe Williams had a double and RBI and Austin Mansfield a single and RBI.
Wittler took the loss for the Musketeers as he went three innings allowing four runs on four hits. Koester worked an inning in relief allowing six runs on three hits and Sealts worked two-thirds of an inning allowing a run.
Kurt Warnecke had a triple for the Musketeers.
