Titans defeat Vikings

LEIPSIC - Ottawa-Glandorf scored three times in two innings Thursday as the Titans recorded a 9-2 non-league win against Leipsic.
The Titans (12-4) were up 3-0 before scoring three times in the fifth. O-G added three runs in the sixth while the Vikings were scoring single runs in the fifth and seventh innings.
Drew Schierloh (2-1) picked up the win for O-G as Leipsic had two runs on four hits.
Tyler Zender had a single, double and home run for O-G, while Cory Imm had a double and single. Jake Hashbarger had a double and Cody Bockrath a triple.
Isiah Lomeli took the loss for Leipsic. Devin Mangas had a double for the Vikings.

CONTINENTAL - Continental had the bats out early as the Pirates run-ruled Antwerp 14-2 in non-league action.
The Pirates scored seven times in the first inning on their way to the win. In the third inning Continental added six runs to their lead.
Terry Dockery III (1-2) picked up his first win of the season as he worked two innings allowing no runs on one hit with three strikeouts. Zach Schwarzman and Fred Shepard worked in relief.
Dockery III went 4 for 4 with three singles and a double and four RBI. Gabe Williams had a home run and four RBI, Luke Sullivan went 3 for 3, while Vern Prowant and Schwarzman both had two singles and Tyler Dockery had a single and triple.

Miller City 10
MILLER CITY - Miller City scored six times in the bottom of the sixth as the Wildcats rallied for a 10-7 non-league win over Holgate.
Holgate had a 7-4 lead after scoring twice in the top of the sixth inning before the Wildcats (13-7) came up with their six runs sixth.
Adam Drummelsmith (1-3) picked up the win in relief for Miller City. Drummelsmith worked 1 2/3 innings allowing a run on two hits. Ross Kaufman started and went 5 1/3 innings.
Jared Fuka and Adam Drummelsmith both had a double and single in the game. Jackson Lammers had two singles for Miller City.

Upper Scioto Valley 9
PANDORA - Pandora-Gilboa scored a run in the bottom of the eighth inning to cap a 10-9 come-from-behind win over Upper Scioto Valley in non-league action.
Braxton Freeman plated Alex Osborn with the game winning run. With the bases loaded, and no one out, Freeman hit a slow roller to third base. The Ram third baseman fielded the ball, but his throw to the plate was low and in the dirt that allowed Osborn to score.
P-G (6-11) tied the game in the bottom of the seventh on a two run triple by Reed Hovest. USV had taken the lead with a six run fourth inning. The Rockets got back in the game with four runs in the sixth inning.
Abe Basinger (4-4) picked up the win for the Rockets in relief. Hovest was 3 for 4 for the Rockets with a double, triple and four RBI. Osborn was 3 for 5 with three RBI, TJ Koepplinger was 2 for 4 with an RBI and Basinger was 1 for 3 with two walks and three runs scored.
Cain Haney took the loss for USV in relief. Blake Watkins was 2 for 3 for the Rams and Quentin Lewis was 2 for 5 with a double. Jared Sheldon had two hits for the Rams.
