MCCOMB — Leipsic used a big second half Thursday night as the Vikings rallied for a 58-41 Blanchard Valley Conference win over McComb.
The Panthers had a 22-15 lead on the Vikings at halftime after opening the game with a 17-9 scoring run. Leipsic turned the game around in the third quarter as they outscored McCOmb 28-11 for a 43-33 lead. A 15-8 run in the fourth quarter by the Vikings gave them the win.
The win allowed the Vikings to finish second in the BVC at 8-1 and they are 17-3 overall. Liberty-Benton won the BVC title with a 9-0 record. McComb dropped to 4-5 in the BVC and 11-9 overall.
Amber Gerdeman and Haley Gerten both had 19 points for the Vikings. Shaylynn Morman added 11 points. Gerdeman also grabbed 11 rebounds in the win.
Emily Clymer had 11 points for the Panthers and Brenna Dee added 10 points.

PANDORA — Pandora-Gilbao jumped out to an early lead and continued to add to it as the Rockets claimed a 50-32 Blanchard Valley Conference win.
P-G had a 12-6 lead after the opening quarter and were up 27-15 at the break.
Megan Maag led the Rockets (5-4, 11-8) with 18 points, while Anna Abelovska and Hunter Hermiller both had 10 points.
Kiley Scott had 16 points for the Hornets (1-7, 6-12). Megan Ritter had nine points and nine rebounds for Cory-Rawson.
Bluffton 45
Columbus Grove 39
BLUFFTON — Bluffton outscored Columbus Grove in the second half Thursday evening to claim a 45-39 Northwest Conference win.
The Bulldogs had a 19-16 halftime lead before the Pirates came out in the third quarter and grabbed the lead with a 12-7 scoring margin for a 28-26 lead. Bluffton finished the game with a 17-13 fourth quarter scoring margin.
Paige Buroker led the Pirates with 10 points, while Sarah Schriner and Andie Schmutz both had nine points.
Sammi Stechschulte had 13 points for the Bulldogs. Sydney McCluer and Kyrah Yinger both had six points for Columbus Grove.
