Vikings roll by Hornets

RAWSON - Jordan Chamberlin scored four touchdowns to help lead Leipsic to a 46-0 Blanchard Valley Conference win over Cory-Rawson Friday night.The win moves the Vikings to 6-1 on the season and 4-1 in the BVC.
Chamberlin scored on runs of three, four and four yards in the first half, before finishing the scoring with a 60 yard run in the third quarter. Chamberlin finished the night with 124 yards rushing on 17 carries.
Zach Kuhlman helped account for the Vikings other three scores in the game as he scored on a 12 yard run before connecting with Nate Brecht for a 67 yard scoring pass. Later he hit Dylan Schey with a 67 yard scoring pass.
Kuhlman was 6-of-8 passing in the game for 224 yards as Brecht caught three passes for 123 yards. Ross Mangas was 5-of-6 passing for 87 yards.
The Viking defense held the Hornets to 76 yards of total offense, 53 passing yards. Dylan Hartman was 6-of-14 passing for the Hornets for 53 yards with an interception.
Jordan Brown came up with two turnovers in the game for the Vikings as he recovered a fumble and picked off a Hartman pass. Both of the turnovers were turned into Leipsic scores.
