OTTAWA - Ottawa-Glandorf senior Tyler Zender had a night to remember Friday night as the Titans hosted St. Marys Memorial in a Western Buckeye League game at Titan Stadium.

Zender scored four touchdowns for the Titans and led the defense with 12 tackles as O-G blanked the Roughriders 47-0. The win improved O-G to 5-4 on the season and 4-4 in the WBL, while the Roughriders are 0-9 on the season.
Ottawa-Glandorf's offense has struggled most of the season, but the Titans put that aside Friday night scoring on their first drive of the night.
On their first possession, the Titans drove 68 yards on nine plays as Zender capped the drive with a 16 yard scoring run. That was only the beginning for the senior running back as he later scored on a 17 yard pass from Logan Rieman and added another 17 yard scoring pass in the second quarter. Zender's fourth touchdown came midway through the third quarter on a two yard run.
For the night Zender rushed for 39 yards and caught six passes for 119 yards.
After Zender scored the first three touchdowns for O-G, Blake Blevins caught a 16 yard scoring pass just before halftime as the Titans were up 27-0 at the break.
Shane Schroeder added a 39 yard scoring run in the third quarter and Jeremy Kaufman finished the scoring with a one yard run late in the fourth quarter.
Schroeder led the O-G ground game with 86 yards on nine carries. Rieman was 16-of-23 passing for 217 yards and three scores. Blevins and Zach Kuhlman both had four catches in the game for O-G.
The Titans had 424 yards of offense, while St. Marys was held to 128 yards. The shutout was the second straight for the O-G defense and their fourth of the season.
