JP Morgan Chase Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Thomas E. Stoddard, Jr., Fostoria, and Debra C. Stoddard, Fostoria, in the amount of $69,414.01.

April 8

Michael R. Mayes, 35, Lima, pleaded guilty to escape. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8 a.m. May 16.

According to reports of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office issued an alert to the public that Mayes failed to return to the Putnam County Jail from his work release. Mayes was supposed to have returned to the jail by 8:30 p.m. March 1. Mayes was apprehended March 4 in Lima after several tips were called in. He was taken into custody in Lima before being returned to the Putnam County Jail.

Matthias A. Vogt, 22, Lima, was sentenced to 180 days jail for theft of credit card. He was given credit for three days served, placed on five years community control, He must obtain and maintain employment and complete any counseling and treatment recommended and pay restitution of $314.56.

April 9

Russell A. Doster, 38, Fort Wayne, Ind., pleaded guilty to failure to give notice of residence address change. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m. May 20.

John B. Wilson, 35, Lima, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:30 a.m. May 16.

April 10

Kendric D. Thomas, 41, Napoleon, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of drugs (cocaine). He faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2 p.m. on May 16.
