Andrew J. Watkins, IV, 32, Lima, was granted judicial release. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment, complete all counseling and treatment recommended and pay restitution of $700 to the Northwest Ohio MAN unit.

Andrew J. Miller, 23, Fort Jennings, was placed on five years community control after being convicted of possession of drugs (methamphetamines). He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He is not to possess a medical marijuana card.

Aug. 6

Jeremy L. Lindeman, 37, Haviland, was remanded to the WORTH Center for trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine). He was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment, complete a GED and complete all treatment and counseling recommended. A charge of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines) was dismissed.

Deanna L. Riker, 34, Rawson, was sentenced to 180 days jail for receiving stolen property. She was placed on five years community control and given credit for 21 days served. She must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

JP Morgan Chase Bank, Westerville, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Imas M. Rader, Findlay, in the amount of $25,977.28, plus interest and costs.

The First National Bank of Pandora, was granted judgment against Todd D. Gillian, Fostoria, in the amount of $45,956.63, plus interest and costs.

The First National Bank of Pandora, was granted judgment against Jeffrey K. Sheets, Fostoria, in the amount of $3,460.53 plus interest and costs.

Aug. 8

Mark E. Christian, 35, Continental, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for attempted weapons under disability. He was given credit for 10 days served.

Sebastian L. Hernandez, 24, Leipsic, was placed on five years community control for possession of drugs (Fentanyl). He must obtain and maintain employment, and complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Christopher Stanley, 30, Hillsdale, Mich., was found to be in total arrears in child support payments in the amount of $2,129.30. A sentencing hearing was scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Nov. 6.
