Megan N. Miner, 24, Lima, was sentenced to six days jail for grand theft. She was given credit for six day served and placed on five years community control. She must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all treatment and counseling recommended.

Michelle L. Clayton, 33, Indianapolis, was sentenced to 60 days jail for aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamines). She was placed on five years community control and given credit for 56 days served. She must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Dec. 23

Malachi J. Trejo, 20, Ottawa, was sentenced to 91 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included using marijuana, failing to maintain employment and failing to call into the drug screen hotline. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for time served. He must maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted of misuse of credit cards.

Aaron A. Siebeneck, Ottawa, and Toni M. Siebeneck, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married March 16, 2019 and have no children.

Stan Oren, Leipsic, was appointed to a term on the Putnam County Veterans Service Commission beginning Jan. 1, 2020 through Dec. 31, 2024.
