Mark E. Christian, 34, Continental; having weapons under disability.

Mike Pardo, III, 22, Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines).

Christopher D. Frey, 37, Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines).

Edward Hernandez, 42, Leipsic; non-support of dependents.

Eric Lambert, 30, Leipsic; non-support of dependents.

Abel E. Alafa, 46, Leipsic; menacing by stalking and telecommunications harassment.

Justin D. Patrick, 35, Monroeville, Ind.; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines) and possession of drugs (heroin).

Matthias A. Vogt, 21, Kalida; theft of a credit card.

Walter R. Pfeifer, II, 40, Toledo; forgery (uttering) and attempted forgery.

Chukwuemeka F. Durgbor, 19, Palestine, Texas; burglary, breaking and entering and theft.

Jason Meek, 44, Toledo; two counts forgery (uttering).

Ronald E. Phillips, 41, Toledo; two counts forgery (uttering).

Gerald J. Okuley, 26, Ottawa; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines).

William T. Lasley, II, 36, Continental; domestic violence.

Jan. 25

Shannon M. Niese, 45, Continental, pleaded guilty to obstructing official business. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 12:30 p.m. Feb. 25. A charge of assault, misdemeanor, was dismissed.

Jan. 31

Jacob A. Warnimont, 23, Delphos, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (cocaine). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11 a.m. March 14.

Aaron Morales, 36, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 45 days jail for failing to pay child support. He was found in total arrears of $7,116.33 as of Dec. 31, 2018. He was granted work release.

Charles G. Selhorst, 52, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of cocaine. He faces up to 180 days jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2:30 p.m. March 6.

Eugene Recker, Continental, and Julie E. Recker, Cloverdale, were granted legal separation.

Feb. 1

William H. Lucas, IV, 19, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for endangering children, with 60 days suspended. He was given credit for 11 days served and was fined $250. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended including parenting classes.

Jade M. Coleman, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 180 days jail for endangering children, with 60 days suspended. He was given credit for 19 days served and was fined $250. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended including parenting classes.

Feb. 4

Emilleo Guerra, 23, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for March 6 at 3:30 p.m.

Thomas A. Bishop, 36, Lima, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for March 6 at 3 p.m.

Feb. 6

Chad M. Martin, 37, Cloverdale, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine). He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. A charge of possession drug abuse instruments was dismissed.

Feb. 7

Hillary E. Shearer, 22, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (heroin). She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for March 6 at 1:30 p.m. A charge of aggravated possession of drugs were dismissed.
