Douglas A. Bush, 24, Napoleon, was found to be in violation of his community control by failing to pay his court financial obligations in the amount of $10,040,02. The community control was extended until June 29, 2021.

June 4

Jacob Carillo, 24, Leipsic, was sentenced to 90 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included testing positive for drugs. He was given credit for 67 days served and placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment and must complete all counseling and treatment recommended and pay restitution of $42 to victim. He was originally convicted of complicity (theft of a credit card).

Joseph S. Saldana, 33, Belmore, was sentenced to eight months in jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included operating a vehicle without a valid license, failing to appear for a scheduled court hearing, possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing cocaine in Hancock County, failed to comply with an order of a police officer in Hancock County, using a vehicle which he did not have authorized use in Hancock County and possessing stolen property in Hancock County. He was given credit for 150 days served. He was originally convicted of felony non-support.

June 5

Daniel J. Stauffer, 24, Ottawa, was sentenced to 12 months in jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include possessing Methamphetamines and resisting arrest. He was given credit for 332 days served. He had been convicted of possession of drugs.

June 6

Micheala Wells, 24, Cloverdale, was sentenced to 37 days jail for trafficking in drugs (Methamphetamine). She was given credit for 37 days served and was placed on five years community control. She must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. A charge of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine) was dismissed.

Amanda E. Quintero, 38, Leipsic, was sentenced to 85 days jail for aggravated assault. She was given credit for 85 days served and placed on five years community control. She must obtain and maintain employment, and complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

James R. Bott, 46, 201 Ohio St., Trenton, was sentenced to two days jail for non-support of dependents. He was given credit for two days served and placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment, and complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Timothy L. Beach, Cloverdale, and Brittany M. Beach, Cloverdale, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 2, 2013 and have three children.

June 7

Teresa M. Dear, 24, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B7, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 50 days jail for improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle. She was given credit for 37 days served and placed on five years community control. She must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. A charge of possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
