Feb. 22

Casey L. Landers, 30, Elida, was sentenced to 11 months in prison for possession of drugs (heroin) and 18 months in prison for illegal conveyance of drugs. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently. Three other counts of possession of drugs were dismissed.

Angela Ankney, 41, Sherwood, was remanded to the WORTH Center for tampering with evidence. She was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete any counseling and treatment recommended. A charge of driving under suspension was dismissed.

Feb. 26

Adam Koebel, 35, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 90 days jail for non-support of dependents. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for 20 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment, obtain a GED, and complete any counseling and treatment recommended.

Shannon M. Niese, 45, Continental, was sentenced to five days jail for obstructing official business. She was credited for one day served placed on five years community control, obtain and maintain employment and complete any counseling and treatment recommended.

Sebastian Rodriguez, 30, Tiffin, was sentenced to 90 days jail for failing to pay child support. Rodriguez was found to be in arrears in the amount of $4,128.97 as of Jan. 31. The judge suspended 30 days of the sentence provided he remain current in his child support payments.

Emilleo Guerra, 23, 25 W. Mathias St., Leipsic, was sentenced to 90 days jail for breaking and entering. The judge suspended 30 days of the sentence and he was given credit for one day served. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment. pay $210 in restitution to the Buckeye Club, Miller City, have no contact with the victim and complete all counseling and treatment. A charge of theft was dismissed.

Feb. 28.

Robert Benroth was sworn in to his fourth term as Putnam County Auditor by Putnam County Common Pleas Judge Keith Schierloh.

Todd F. Oler, 34, 10976 Road Z, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 35 days in jail for non-support of dependents. He was given credit for five days served and was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment complete all treatment and counseling recommended.
Mycumortgage, LLC, Beavercreek, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Angela R. Tussing, Custar, in the amount of $128,711.11 plus interest and costs.

Lori A. Navarro, Kalida, and Nicholas R. Navarro, Delphos were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 7, 2005 in Kalida and have two children.

Troy D. Barrere, Leipsic, and Sabrina L. Barrere, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 21, 2010 in Ottawa and have no children.
