Crystal R. Warner, 30, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to forgery (uttering). She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for Dec. 9 at 11:30 a.m. Another count was dismissed.

Kory D. Inglis, 25, Lima, pleaded guilty to forgery (uttering). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for Dec. 16 at 3:30 p.m.

Nov. 19

Miguel A. Nunez, 38, Cloverdale, was sentenced to 180 days jail for attempted possession of drugs (oxycodone). The judge suspended 175 days jail and gave him credit for one day served.

Christopher J. Calvelage, 38, Delphos, was sentenced to 10 months in jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included testing positive for Methamphetamine and Heroin. He was given credit for 218 days served. He was originally convicted of theft of a credit card.

Nov. 21

Michelle L. Clayton, 33, Indianapolis, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamines). She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for Dec. 19 at 1:30 p.m. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Dylan M. Palmer, 18, Continental, was sentenced to 180 days jail for attempted failure to give notice of residence address change. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for 64 days served. He must also make self-available in the state of Indiana for resolution of all pending matters. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended.
