The following individuals were indicted following a grand jury on Nov. 1.

Donald E. Schulte, 24, Continental; theft, escape, vandalism and theft of a credit card.

Monica Pena, 19, West Leipsic; theft of credit card and misuse of a credit card.

Jacob Carillo; 23, Ottawa; two counts complicity.

Richard S. Schneider, 32, Fort Jennings; theft of checks, forgery, and forgery (uttering).

Jacob D. Rader, 25, Leipsic; escape.

Kandie A. King, 24, Toledo; possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Austin Troy, 23, Lima; possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), aggravated possession of drugs (alprazoam), and aggravated possession of drugs (oxycodone).

Jeremy J. Detwiler, 27, Cloverdale; tampering with evidence and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Charles G. Selhorst, 52, Leipsic; possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Ross M. Beckman, 31, Ottawa; aggravated possession of drugs (oxycodone).

Clarissa L. Jones, 22, Lima; possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Chad M. Martin, 36, Cloverdale; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine) and possessing drug abuse instruments.

Jacob A. Warnimont, 23, Delphos; possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Emilleo Guerra, 22, Leipsic; breaking and entering and theft.

Andre A. Guajardo, 23, Leipsic; breaking and entering and theft.

Patricia S. Wilson, 37, Ottawa; possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone).

Jason G. Bender, 40, Marysville; possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Donovan L. Joyner, 20, Defiance; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Brittany M. Baldwin, 26, Columbus; possession of heroin.

Oct. 26

Kyley A. Gardner, 30, Van Wert, was remanded to Devlak Hall following a motion to revoke supervision. She must obtain and maintain employment, and complete all counseling and treatment recommended by the probation officer and obtain a GED. She had been convicted of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines) and endangering children.

Oct. 29

Alexander L. Pardo, 25, Belmore, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (methamphetamines). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:45 a.m. Dec. 12. Charges possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Oct. 30

Virginia L. Bowling, 46, Continental, was sentenced to 30 months prison in prison for attempted felonious assault and tampering with evidence. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent and she was given credit for 101 days served. She was also sentenced to 11 months in prison for theft. She must pay restitution of $1,192.07 to Kalida Party Mart.

Ty A. Castillo, 28, Leipsic, was sentenced to 180 days jail for possession of drugs (cocaine). He was placed on five years’ community control, must obtain and maintain employment, and complete all assessment and treatment recommended.

Oct. 31

Dana M. Cherry, 37, Pandora, was granted a reduction of 20 days in his jail sentence and is to be released Nov. 13. He was originally convicted of possession of drugs (heroin).

Amanda J. Trejo, 35, Fort Jennings, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for harassment by inmate. She was given credit for five days served an any additional time while awaiting transportation. Another count of harassment by inmate and assault were dismissed.

Richard E. Custard, III, 35, Findlay, was sentenced to six months in prison for assault. The sentence was ordered to be served to a term imposed in Hancock County and to one in Hardin County. Nov. 1

Nicole M. Fortman, Ottawa, and Brad A. Fortman, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Ottawa and have three minor children.

Nov. 2

Decoda A. Blake, 30, Continental, was sentenced to 36 months in prison on a motion to revoke supervision. She was given credit for 675 days served and any additional time while awaiting transportation. She was originally convicted of failure to comply with order of a police officer.
