Mike Pardo III, 22, Leipsic; two counts possession of drugs (cocaine), tampering with evidence and weapons under disability.

Christopher D. Frey, 37, Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Samantha J. Scott, 51, Mount Cory; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), two counts OVI.

Nathaniel Tijerina, 20, Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs (oxycodone).

Sebastian L. Hernandez, 23, Leipsic; possession of drugs (fentanyl).

Jordan M. Nieto, 21, Ottawa; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Rhonda M. Melioli-Brooks, 31, Defiance; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Elizabeth A. Morrow, 22, Defiance; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Micheala Wells, 24, Oakwood; trafficking in drugs methamphetamine), aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Jeremy L. Lindeman, 37, Haviland; trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine), aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines).

March 18

Jacob A. Warnimont, 23, 312 S. Main St., Delphos, was sentenced to 45 days jail for possession of drugs (cocaine). He was given credit for one day served and given work release. He was placed on five years community control and must complete all counseling recommended.

Eric Lambert, 30, 527 State St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to non-support. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for April 25 at 1 p.m.

Jeremy J. Detwiler, 27, 10921 Road 20J, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to attempted tampering with evidence and aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine). He faces up to 30 months in prison and $7,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was scheduled for April 25 at 2:30 p.m.

March 21

Kevin L. Klausing, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Angela M. Klausing, Ottawa. They were married April 29, 2000 in Putnam County and have two children.

March 22

Hillary E. Shearer, 32, 1001 N. Defiance St., Apt. 4B, Ottawa, was placed on five years community control for possession of drugs (heroin). She must obtain and maintain employment, and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. A charge of aggravated possession of drugs was dismissed.
